Australian orders

  • All orders over $50 have free shipping
  • Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate of $12 AUD.

International orders

  • Orders under $200 AUD:
    • $15 AUD Standard International Shipping 
  • Orders over $200 AUD:
    • FREE Standard International Shipping

Please ensure you are aware of your country's duties and taxes as the buyer is responsible for these. Please see below Duties / Taxes for more information.

Estimated Standard Delivery Times

We now ship from warehouses around the world so this may impact the delivery times depending on where your order is shipped from. Your order may also be delivered in multiple shipments. 

 

Please note that the below times are an estimate only.

  • Australian Major Metro Areas: 3-7 business days. 
  • Australian Rural or Remote Areas: 5-10 business days
  • New Zealand - 5-10 business days
  • North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific, 6-16 business days
  • Rest of world 10-16 business days.

Order Processing Time

All orders, regardless of when your order is placed we will usually ship within 24 business hours.


Possible Delays

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.


Tracking your order

All Australian orders will receive a tracking code via email notification after your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly. 

All standard international orders are sent by economy air and do not include tracking. If you wish to receive tracking on your international order, please select our 'International tracked shipping' method upon checkout, and you will receive your tracking details after via email notification after your order has been dispatched. 

 

Duties & Taxes

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. For USA Customers - All orders under $800 are duty free under personal exemption, and no duty will be calculated Please check your local customs website for more information for all other countries.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you please check your local customs website for estimated costs.

Beach Luxe reserves the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid.

 

Gift wrapping & message

If you wish to include a personal note or wish to have your Beach Luxe box wrapped, please email  hello@beachluxe.com.au immediately after placing your order.


Order cancellations & changes

We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. If notified before goods have been dispatched, Beach Luxe is happy to accept order cancellations. If items have been shipped Beach Luxe reserves the right to refuse the order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee. To cancel your order, contact hello@beachluxe.com.au team with your request.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are orders for items that are not in stock currently but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. The estimated arrival date for the item will be displayed on the product page. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out to you as soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse. Payment for pre-order items must be made at the time of order. Regular shipping costs apply.  We will send you an email when the item arrives as well as when the item ships out. If your order consists of pre-order items as well as in-stock items, you will only be charged the one shipping fee (if shipping charges are applicable on your order).

Acceptance of Goods

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault. If there is a fault with the goods received let us know straight away by contacting  hello@beachluxe.com.au If the product is found to be defective under normal use and proper care please contact customer service.

 

RETURNS

Returns & Exchanges

At Beach Luxe hope you love your new purchase. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied or would like to exchange your product for a different size/style please email us at hello@beachluxe.com.au.

We will happily accept your return for a store credit or a refund subject to the conditions below:

  • Sale items are final and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered.
  • Full-priced item(s) can be returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
  • If you wish to exchange your full-priced item, this will be done in the form of a Beach Luxe credit note. A matching discount code will be honoured so that you can re-purchase a different size.
  • If a full-priced item has a promotional code applied to it, it can still be returned for a refund or exchange for the dollar value it was purchased at, unless specified under the terms of the promotion.
  • Items purchased with store credit can be returned for store credit only, including full-priced items.
  • All products must be returned in their original condition with original tags and internal hygiene protection sticker in its original placements as sold when shipped.
  • Eyewear are accompanied by their original box or case.
  • If you have return shipped your item please email hello@beachluxe.com.au with details of your returned item, and your return post tracking code. We will not be held accountable for untracked, lost or stolen return items.
  • Return shipping to Beach Luxe is at the expense of the customer unless item is faulty.

Please note that store credit expires 12 months from the date of issue and any credit remaining at the time of expiry will no longer be available to use. Orders using store credit as a means of payment can only be refunded as store credit.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact Beach Luxe Customer Care prior to sending it back. Faulty items include manufacturing faults, wrongly described goods, and goods that are different to what you ordered. All faulty goods must be assessed by our garment technician before your refund or exchange will be confirmed.

AFTERPAY

Afterpay is available for orders shipped within Australia and to New Zealand at this time. Afterpay orders are subject to standard Beach Luxe returns policy.
